- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your operator dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
- How does per-storefront billing work?
- You pay for the plan tier, not per storefront. Starter covers up to 3, Growth up to 20, and Scale is unlimited.
- Do merchants need their own Stripe account?
- No. Merchants transact through your operator Stripe account by default. You can optionally connect individual merchant Stripe accounts for direct payouts.
- What happens if I exceed my storefront limit?
- We'll notify you and prompt an upgrade before blocking new storefronts. We don't cut off existing merchants mid-billing cycle.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes — pay annually and save 20% on any plan. Switch to annual billing from your dashboard at any time.
